Lionheart Intelligence is the operating brand of K Mathews Group, Inc., based in Houston, Texas. References to “Lionheart Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this Policy refer to K Mathews Group, Inc. doing business as Lionheart Intelligence.
Information We Collect
When you use the Free Consultation form on our Home or Contact pages, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, email address, phone number, company/organization, title, and any message you enter. Providing your phone number, company, title, and message are optional; name and email are required to submit the form.
When you use the Quick-Check or request assessment details on the Assessment page, we collect the information you choose to provide: full name and email address, both required to receive your result or requested details.
When you use our scheduling link, Calendly collects the information needed to book and manage that appointment directly, subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy (see Third-Party Services below).
How We Use Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and manage free consultations, deliver Quick-Check results and requested assessment details, and communicate with you about your request. We do not use the information collected through this website for any purpose beyond responding to and fulfilling your inquiry.
SMS/Mobile Information Disclosure
Lionheart Intelligence does not currently operate an automated text-messaging (SMS) system. If a phone number is submitted through one of our forms, it may be used by our team to follow up with you directly by phone. Text messages regarding your inquiry, appointments, and services will be sent only if you choose to opt in using the SMS consent checkbox on the form.
If you choose to opt in to receive text messages using the SMS consent checkbox, Lionheart Intelligence may use the mobile number you provide to send you text messages regarding your inquiry, appointments, and services. No mobile number, SMS opt-in status, or text-message consent collected by Lionheart Intelligence is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share such information with service providers who process it strictly on our behalf (for example, a messaging or scheduling platform we use to operate our own communications) — this is service-provider processing under our direction, not third-party marketing sharing, and those providers are not authorized to use the information for their own purposes.
