About Lionheart Intelligence
Business problem first. Technology second.Lionheart Intelligence is a business-first AI and workflow consulting firm. We diagnose what’s actually slowing a firm down before recommending any intervention — whether that’s a process change, automation, AI, training, an internal fix, or confirming that nothing further is needed.
We combine deep operational experience with practical technology expertise to deliver solutions that are strategic, achievable, and built to last.
Strategic. Practical. Clear. Trusted.
Kyle runs K Mathews Group, with operating experience across financial education, government contracting, and business operations. Lionheart applies that same operational discipline to AI and workflow — finding where a business is actually losing time or capacity, not starting from a technology pitch.
Lionheart is a new consulting brand. You work directly with Kyle — the person doing the diagnostic work is the same person you talk to from the start.
